Soapli, operated by Fourteen21 LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request.
• Email our support team at hello@soapli.app with your order details and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals & cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from billing settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund — see Paddle's refund policy for additional details that apply as Merchant of Record.
